This Body Language Academy Ltd. End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between Body Language Academy Ltd. a registered company with its principal place of business at Gammel Strandvej 406B, DK-3060 Espergaerde, Denmark, (“Body Language” “We,” “Us” and their derivatives) and you as Our web site customer (“Customer” or “You”, “Your” and their derivatives).
Each of Body Language Academy Ltd. and You may sometimes be referred to herein as a “Party” and together, the “Parties”.

You understand, Body Language Academy Ltd is the owner and developer of online courses methods and other knowhow and knowledge developed with Joe Navarro, world-leading Body Language Expert and by accessing the Site and/or the Products, You hereby consent to be bound by this Agreement and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including, without limitation, the Price and Payment Terms all – as of the last date recorded by You to consent to this Agreement (“Effective Date”).
If You are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company, organization or another legal entity (the “Entity”), You are agreeing to this Agreement for that Entity and representing to Us that You have the authority to bind such Entity and its Affiliates to this Agreement, in which case the terms “You”, “Your” or a related capitalized term herein shall refer to such Entity and its Affiliates.
If You do not have such authority, or if You do not agree with this Agreement, You must not accept this Agreement and may not access the Site and/or use any of the Products.
You may not access the Products if You are a direct competitor of Body Language Academy Ltd. and/or Joe Navarro directly or indirectly, except with Our prior written consent. You may not access the Products for competitive purposes.
Body Language Academy Ltd. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of the Site or the Agreement, in whole or in part, at any time. We hereby undertake to issue a notice on the Site and inform You an updated version of this Agreement is available per your review at all times the Site is active and any such changes shall be effective immediately and binding on all Site users including You.
- Trademarks and Copyrights
The trademarks, trade names, logos, service marks and domain names are registered and unregistered trademarks of Body Language Academy Ltd. Nothing in this Agreement grants You any license or right to use any such trademarks without the written permission of Body Language Academy Ltd. Further, You shall not republish, edit, transmit, distribute, reproduce, create derivative works from, perform, upload, or post in any way whatsoever, any materials from this Site, Products and Forums (the “Materials”) without the prior written consent of Body Language Academy Ltd.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of the site, or any portion there of, is expressly prohibited, and such activity may result in severe penalties, and violators may be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under the law.
Please note that images of people or places displayed on the Site is Body Language Academy Ltd’s property. Any use of these images is strictly prohibited without the prior written permission of Body Language Academy Ltd; any unauthorized use of thereof may violate the laws of privacy and publicity, trademark, copyright or other laws. If you enroll any of the courses offered on this site you understand and accept that recording, transcribing or videotaping is strictly prohibited. All of the training material is copyrighted and the owners of the copyright Body Language Academy Ltd. claim exclusive rights to the material, except for your sole use during training.
By attending this and any other training offered by Body Language Academy Ltd. you agree to be bound by these terms and are expected to take reasonable care of the materials supplied to you to prevent abuse and breach of copyright.
- Software
Body Language Academy Ltd. at its sole discretion, may make available to you certain software that may be downloaded from this Site. If you download such software, the software, including any data, files and images, are licensed to you by Body Language Academy Ltd. You agree that Body Language Academy Ltd. retains full and complete title to the software, and all intellectual property rights therein. You may not sell, disassemble, decompile, redistribute, reverse engineer, or otherwise reduce the Software to a human-perceivable form.
- Conduct
We want You and other users to enjoy accessing our Site. Thus, You agree not to transmit or otherwise make available any virus, worm, Trojan Horse, spyware, or any other computer file, code, or program that may or is intended to damage or hijack the operation of any hardware, software, or telecommunications equipment. You further agree not to post, transmit, or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, advertising, promotional materials, or any other form of solicitation. You shall not disrupt or interfere with the Site, Products or the servers or networks that provide the Site, or disobey any procedures, policies or regulations of such networks. You are not permitted to create a database by systematically downloading and storing all or any of the content on the Site.
- Our Blog
The Site may include blogs, chats and other areas where users can post and/or exchange information, ideas, opinions, photographs, images, videos, creative works or any other materials (collectively the “Forums”).Body Language Academy Ltd. does not control the material delivered to Forums, and Body Language Academy Ltd. has no obligation to monitor such Forums. The messages do not necessarily reflect the views of Body Language Academy Ltd. In no event shall Body Language Academy Ltd. assume or have any responsibility or liability for any materials posted on Forums or for any claims, damages or losses resulting from their use and/or appearance on the Site. Body Language Academy Ltd. reserves the right at all times to disclose any information including but not limited to Your identity or texts and/or other materials You made available on the Forums(hereinafter: “User Generated Content” or “UGC”), as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request.
You hereby consent and grant Us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, fully paid-up, royalty-free license to make, have made, use, import, sell, copy, perform, distribute, transmit, alter, modify and create Enhancements thereto to Your UGC which We may use for any purpose, including, but not limited to, disclosure, broadcast, transmission, reproduction, posting and publication, as well as in the manufacturing, marketing and development of Products using such information without compensation or further obligation to You.
You understand that by using the Site and the Forums, you may be exposed to content that is offensive or objectionable. While using the Site, and Blog, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
- Links to Third-Party Sites
Body Language Academy Ltd. is not necessarily affiliated with references to other third-party sites which may be linked to or from the Site, may not have reviewed all such sites, and is not responsible for their content. Links from the Site thereto are per your convenience only, and Body Language Academy Ltd. shall not be deemed to endorse or accept any responsibility regards to any such third-party sites. Furthermore, Body Language Academy Ltd. is not responsible for the quality or delivery of the Products offered, accessed, obtained by or advertised by such third-party sites. You agree that Your access to such third-party sites is at Your own risk.
- Jurisdictional Issues
Unless otherwise specified, the Site is controlled and operated by Body Language Academy Ltd. We do not represent that materials in the Site, including merchandise offered for sale on the Site and their copyrights, trademarks, patents, and licensing arrangements, are appropriate or available for use in other locations and other countries. Users who choose to access and use the Site and/or the Products from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if applicable.
- Termination
This agreement is effective until terminated by either Party, wherein You may terminate by ceasing all use of any of the Site and/or the Products, and Body Language Academy Ltd. will terminate immediately without notice if, in its sole discretion, you fail to comply with any term herein. Upon termination, You may not access or use the Site and/or the Products or any materials obtained from the Site and/or the Forums unless and until You agree in writing to be bound by the then-current applicable Agreement. Body Language Academy Ltd.may, in its sole discretion, immediately deactivate and/or delete any or all information about and concerning You, including Your submitted contact information. You understand and agree that Body Language Academy Ltd. shall not have any liability to You or any other person for any termination of Your access to the Site and/or the removal of Your information.
- Cancellation
The Body Language Academy Ltd. Reserves the right to cancel an event up to two weeks before the planned start. The Body Language Academy Ltd. Will not be liable for any further damage caused by the cancellation.
- Disclaimers
While Body Language Academy Ltd. uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up to date information in the site, We make no warranties or representations as to its accuracy, nor do We assume liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the site, products, forums and any other section thereto.
The site, the site materials, any product or service obtained through the products, and the software, if applicate, are provided “as is” “with all faults” and “as available” and without warranties of any kind either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Body Language Academy Ltd. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Further, Body Language Academy Ltd., expressly disclaim all warranties regarding customized deliverables, including, without limitation the implied warranties or merchantability, title, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security or accuracy.
You assume responsibility for any and the entire cost of all necessary service, maintenance, repair or correction to Your computer system or other property. You acknowledge that You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telephone, computer hardware and other equipment needed to access and use the Site and/or the Products , and all charges related thereto. Applicable law may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Body Language Academy Ltd. Our officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and representatives harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liability, losses, costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), or other expenses that arise directly or indirectly out of or from Your breach of this Agreement, Your activities in connection with the Site and/or the Products and Forums, and/or any allegation that any materials that You submit to Body Language Academy Ltd. or transmit or post to the Site and Forums infringe or otherwise violate the copyright, trademark, trade secret, trade dress, patent or other intellectual property or other rights of, or defame or violate the right of publicity or privacy of, any third party.
- Inappropriate Behaviour
If Your behaviour is deemed to be destructive or offensive towards the Instructor, Mentors or other Delegates in a way that may prevent the published course objectives from being met for the customers as a whole then You may be asked to leave the course and the premises. Your application form and contact details will be retained pending further enquiry. No whole or part refunds will be made under these circumstances.
- Purchase and Payment
We offer two payment options:
Option 1: Pay now – Pay the total price upfront and save 10%. Upon enrollment you will get access to the learning platform within 24 hours and you can start your learning journey when it’s convenient for you. You will get access to all 11 learning paths, with a new learning path released every week.
Payments can be done on the webpage via credit card or by bank transfer. If a bank transfer is preferred, please use this email address: info@jnbodylanguageacademy.com to request invoice from Us.
Option 2: Pay over time – Pay 12 installments to spread the cost over time. Upon enrollment you will get access to the first learning path within 24 hours. A new learning path will be released when the next payment is received.
- Refund
Body Language Academy Ltd. does not provide any refunds after Your purchase is complete. Once Your purchase is confirmed Your membership will be activated and You will receive a welcome email within 24 hours with a log-in to the Site and/or the Products.
- Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any action You, any third party or Body Language Academy Ltd. brings to enforce this Agreement or, in connection with, any matters related to the Site and/or the Products shall be brought only in Courts located in the jurisdiction of said courts.
15. Miscellaneous
Body Language Academy Ltd. reserves the right to change this Agreement from time to time. Charges and payment terms may be changed in accordance with the applicable price schedule and other terms.
